Bait-Watch is a “reverse Tamagotchi” game which was made in 72 hours (plus polish time) for Toronto Game Jam #14 and was selected for inclusion in the Interactive Ontario Summer Showcase event. I participated in the jam as a ‘floater’, meaning I bounced around between different teams depending on who had audio needs.

for Bait-Watch, I delivered sound effects from a mix of sampled & synthesized sound sources and processed them together to get a crunchy 16-bit feel that matched the art style. it’s a cute game about cute bugs eating cute foods, so I aimed for a cutesy vibe and got the chance to record some great munching noises. take a listen!

Beats Weekly Vols. 1-2 was an anthology project where I collected the pieces of music I was producing (roughly) every week. between the two tapes there is an eclectic range of styles, from breakbeat hip-hop plunderphonics to good old dubstep.
